    • Networks are administered by the user that created the network.
    • MilaNet reserves the right to remove any network that violates our policies.
  4. Organizations
    • Users can create organizations on MilaNet.
    • Organizations must comply with local laws and regulations.
    • MilaNet reserves the right to remove any organization that violates our policies.
  5. Endorsements
    • Users can endorse organizations they support.
    • Endorsements do not imply MilaNet's endorsement of an organization.
    • Users should independently verify organizations before endorsing.
  6. Classified Advertisements
    • Users can create classified advertisements on MilaNet.
    • Classified advertisements must comply with local laws and regulations.
    • MilaNet reserves the right to remove any classified advertisement that violates our policies.
    • Users are solely responsible for the content of their classified advertisements.
    • MilaNet is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of classified advertisement content.
  7. Beta Phase
    • MilaNet is currently in the beta phase, and the entire software is considered experimental and under development.
    • Users acknowledge that beta software may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could affect functionality.
    • Participation in the MilaNet beta is voluntary, and users understand the potential risks associated with using software in the beta phase.
    • Feedback on the beta software is highly encouraged to help improve its performance and reliability.
    • MilaNet reserves the right to make changes to the software during the beta phase, including modifications, additions, or removal of features, without prior notice.
    • Use of MilaNet during the beta phase is at the user's own risk.
  8. User Conduct
    • Users must not engage in illegal or harmful activities on MilaNet.
    • Do not post, share or promote any pornographic or sexually suggestive material.
    • Refrain from using explicit, offensive or abusive language.
    • Do not post any derogatory content, including but not limited to racism, sexism, or any other form of discrimination.
    • Respect other users and their opinions.
  9. Content Guidelines
    • Users are responsible for the content they post.
    • MilaNet may remove content that violates our guidelines.
  10. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes between users or with MilaNet will be resolved through arbitration.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    • MilaNet is not responsible for the actions of organizations or users.
    • MilaNet is not responsible for the actions of network administrators.
    • Use MilaNet at your own risk.
  12. Termination
    • MilaNet reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
    • Users will be notified before their account is terminated, whenever feasible.

Software Subscription Terms and Conditions

  1. Subscription Agreement

    • You authorize MilaNet to charge your provided payment method for the renewal fee.

  6. Termination by MilaNet
